SSB -Services Selection Board interview comes under 5 days process test in
which the personality (OLQ-Officer Like Quality) and the intelligence (IQ) of
an individual and their adaptability and compatibility are being judged.
SSB
Interview is divided into 2 parts whose tests are as follows:
1 Screening Test,Group Testing, Psychological Test, Personal Interview
Screening
Test:- It include Officer Intelligence Rating Test ( Verbal& Non –Verbal Reasoning
Test) and second test
Psychological
Test:- It include four different type of test like TAT,WAT,SRT& SDT
Group
Testing:- It include indoor and outdoor task, Group Discussion, Lecturette.
Personal
Interview:- You need to describe about yourself like your hobbies, awards and achievements
and many more.

the SSB Board of all the Officers the most important is GTO Officer who checks different OLQ and
concludes whether the candidate has ability to become a good Officer or not.
